A country-style home for a family of nine.
The build was to be zoned into four individual spaces: one main living space, one wing for the four young boys, one wing for the parents with their daughter and one wing for the grandparents. The family were keen to have a central, communal area while also giving each group their own space. It was also important that the home reflected the natural landscape and was connected to the site and their equestrian pursuits.

With Gibraltar, we knew from the beginning they understood the brief and would be capable of detailing and building our dream home on time and on budget. Above all, Gibraltar went over and above to get the detail right, the first time. They were transparent, honest, and efficient, as well as being strong communicators and quick to respond to any questions that came up. Timing was important to us, and despite navigating COVID induced restrictions, shutdowns and shortages they delivered the project ahead of schedule. From our initial conversations with the builders through to those with the site supervisor, carpenters and all the specialist trades, our interactions have exceeded expectations. We had a beautiful bare block and having Gibraltar work through details relating to anything from siteworks, power to site and even the design of the pool works, ensured the project came together successfully. We can’t thank, and recommend, Luke and his team enough for delivering our dream home, one with exceptional detail and quality, even satisfying a family of architects and builders!
