THE BRIEF
A major extension and renovation incorporating a modern kitchen, living areas, billiards room and guest bedroom built off an existing sandstone homestead. Originally an Old Dairy Circa 1910. This project was delivered in conjunction with ENCE Design Architecture , Luci-D Interiors and GP Design Structural Engineers.
THE RESULT
Gibraltar Constructions undertook a major renovation on our home in Bundanoon in 2016. We first meet Luke and Jason Hines in 2015 as we started to map out our project. From the first meeting they established a relationship as business partners on the project rather than a contractor to it.
The drive for a quality product was evident from the beginning and the trades engaged on the project consistently delivered quality that we have never experienced before in renovating properties in Sydney.
We got to know the painters, carpenters, and electricians, and many of the others involved in the project, and they all impressed as highly skilled in their trade and very decent individuals. This was a standout on the project and left us feeling confident that the outcomes we were after would be delivered.
As with all building works there were a few challenges along the way but through our great relationship with Gibraltar these were dealt with in a solution orientated way, Luke bringing to us suggestions on how to solve the issue at hand and nothing became a major problem.
Luke’s engagement on the way through was consistent and he was always contactable and available. He made a huge effort in this regard and that contributed to a brilliant outcome. We would highly recommend Gibraltar Constructions.
